Suggest a better descriptionBlend together eggs and milk; stir in hashbrowns, onion and salt. Add one cup cheese and half of the bacon. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
