1. Grease 9 X 13 pan
2. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, melted butter, season salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1/4 cup warm cheese. Whisk
3. Mix in cheddar cheese, onion and hash brown
4. Spread in baking dish
5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup warm cheese
6. Bake uncovered 40 min
7. If desired Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheese on top and return to oven to melt cheese if desired.
