Butter a 9X13 baking dish.
Spread Potatoes in the dish and let them start to thaw while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Chop onions to taste, (I like mine in larger pieces). Mix onions with remaining ingredients except the paprika in a mixing bowl. Once everything is well mixed pour and spread over the potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 350(F) degrees for one hour.
Remove from oven sprinkle paprika across the top to taste.
