Preheat oven to 350*
Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl. Stir in potatoes, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and half the bacon. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Sprinkle remaining bacon and cheese over the top of the pie. Bake 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
