Chik fil a but it's not quietly hateful
Mix breading ingredients, put off to the side.
Mix heavy cream and the egg to make the wash.
Add oil to skillet over medium heat.
Dunk the chicken in the wash, then in the breading.
Fry for 3-5 minutes, flip and fry 3-5 minutes.
Lay on paper towels to dry.
Bun and done.
