Suggest a better descriptionIn a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, milk, honey, vanilla and and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook bread over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side til golden brown. Serve with syrup or fruit topping.
Can make fruity topping by combining 1/2 cup peach, apricot, or strawberry preserves, 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 1/2 cup sliced fruit (peaches, apricots or strawberries).
