2. Bring 4 quart water to a boil .add salt and macaroni cook soft about 15 minutes.drain pasta and returnto the pot.add the vinegar to obsorbed.transfer to bowl.co pasta.
3.add the dressing well coated.
4.to assemble salad,addscallions,carrot,celery,eggs.stir well.season to taste.refrigerate for 1 hour up to 2 days.
