No sugar added dessert
Heat pineapple and thicken with cornstarch. Layer graham cracker with sliced bananas,coconut,and pecans. Pour pineapple mixture over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled. Before serving, top with cool whip or whipping cream.
I usually drain the pineapple and just heat the juice (it's a little easier to thicken) then mix them back together.
