reeok depending how much to make, this is for 12 servings. 4 potatoes (large) 1 small bag of elbow mac. making the sause. 1 30 oz of best food mayo, 4 broiled eggs, 3 heaping table spoon of pickle relish, 2 cups of chop celery, 1 cup of chop carrots, 1 small can of slice black olives, 1 large jar of pomento,1/3 cup of mustard, 1/4 cup of parsley,dill weed,minced onion, white pepper, garlic salt,paprika and black fresh ground pepper, sea salt, all above to taste. make sause and put in frig over night! with cooked potatoes apart! next day! cut potatoes cube style, boil mac, cool under cold water, mix mac and potatoes, pour sause over and mix, should be very sausey, runny like! put in bowl,cover and frig for three hours, it will be thick by then. have a great day! mom
