Put all ingredients except the oil and poppy seeds in a blender.
While blender is running, drizzle the oil very slowly into the mixture. The slower you drizzle the oil, the thicker the dressing will be.
When all of the oil is added, turn off the blender and add the poppy seeds.
Serve over any kind of lettuce or fruit.
This is an easy recipe. The secret is adding the oil in a VERY slow drizzle.
