2. Svampe skæres i skiver. Spinaten hakkes meget groft. Forårsløget skæres i tynde skiver.
3. Tilføj svampene og lad det simre i 1 minut. Tilføj herefter spinaten (tilpas selv mængden af spinat, vi foretrækker lidt ekstra).
4. Sluk varmen og tilføj forårsløg. Fjern ingefærskiverne.
