A protein-packed, healthy 1-serving cookie-dough alternative that tastes like the real thing
1) Mix maple syrup into Greek yogurt (the syrup is optional but it really cuts the bitterness of Greek yogurt)
2) Mix in powdered peanutbutter, then flaxseed
3) Add chocolate chips (as many as you want!)
The flaxseed is completely optional, but I recommend it because it ads the grittiness of traditional cookie dough and is packed with healthy Omega-3s
