A really easy healthy desert or breakfast / lunch.
You can use up apples you have laying around.
My grandma used to make it and I've never seen it anywhere.
It only takes a few minutes to prepare and half hour or so to cook.
1. Get a saucepan and fill with water (you can always pour some away or water top it up).
2. Peel and chop apples into wedge type pieces (2 apples per serving e.g. 8 apples for 4 servings)
3. Add cinnamon to the boiling water and a few tablet sweeteners (cinnamon - 1 teaspoon per serving/ or add to taste)
4. Add apples to boiling water and let it cook for around 30 to 40 minutes depending on quantity. (Until the apples are soft)
