Brown the meat, drain any excess. Add onions, garlic and brown for a few minutes. Then add beans, corn, mushrooms, paste, and seasonings. Let simmer as long as you like. Toppings: Sour cream, cilantro, and tortilla chips. Delicious and super healthy
