Pulse chunks of cheese and carrot until coarsely grated Add parsley and oil, egg and pulse again until all finely grated Add the flour, bran and baking powder, spd 6 6 seconds or til well combined add water gradually and mix again until a dough has formed then knead for 2 mins on spd1 roll out about 1cm thick on floured board and cut whatever shapes you want place on lightly oiled tray and cook on 180 deg until lightly brown, depending on what size you make but roughly 20 mins. They will get harder as they cool down (i found the thinner you roll them the better)
