In a large bowl or mixer combine all the ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 9"x9" pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
To make this dish gluten freen, use gluten free chocolate chips!
I have also used peanut butter and they turned out great. Rather than using store-bought almond butter, friends have made their own, it's easy to make and about 1/4 of the price of store-bought almond butter.
