Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan with vegetable cooking oil. In large bowl mix oats and next 4 ingredients until well combined; set aside.
In small bowl beat honey, milk, oil and egg whites until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in apples.
Spoon batter evenly into loaf pan. Bake 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack.
