Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Add pumpkin, evaporated milk, brandy, egg whites, vanilla and orange zest. Beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. ?
