cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet heat oil. Gently sauté garlic until golden. Add broccoli to garlic oil, tossing to coat. Add chicken broth, cover tightly and simmer until broccoli is tender. Add 2 tbsp. Fresh basil and drained hot pasta to skillet., mixing thoroughly. Transfer to hot dish. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, Parmesan cheese and remaining basil.
