Melt butter in Pressure Cooker
Saute Onions until translucent and slightly brown
Measure out beef stock. Reserve 2 tbsp of broth and whisk with flour.
Add Beef, Garlic and Mushrooms until meet is just browned
Add remaining ingredients to pressure cooker including flour and broth mixture.
Cover with lid and set to lowest setting.
Cook for 40 mins, once pressure has been reached.
Serve with mashed potatoes, grated cauliflower or sweet potato wedges
