Crock pot recipet
sprinkle beef with peppter and coat with flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet over med heat. Add beef and cook until borwned,stirring often. Place potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic in a 5 qt crock pot. Top with beef. Add the 3 1/2 cups broth along with worcestshire thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours or on low 10-11 hours.
Can add can of corn, a few cups shells pasta - if there is room.
