Suggest a better descriptionWarm oil in a skillet. Add beef, cook until browned. Remove to a slowcooker, pour off all but 2 tbs fat from skillet. Add onions to skillet, cook until softened. *ADD garlic, saute 1 min. Stir in paprika, tomato paste, and broth. Bring to a boil, pour over beef in slowcooker. Add bell pepper, cook on low 6 hours. Season. SERVE hot, with sour cream on the side
