This is wonderful!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place the potatoes in a large pot pot of water, and bring to a boil.
Boil until slightly tender about 12 minutes.
Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix the sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, green onion, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and drizzle with butter.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
If you can't find the cheese flavored parmesan bread crumbs, you can make your own by adding 1/4 cup plain or Italian Bread Crumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Mix well
