Get out the crock pot (or two if you are making a big batch).
1. Cook the hamburger till very little pink shows and put in crock pot.
2. Dice onions and chop garlic and saute until almost clear add to crock pot.
3. Open cans and poor into crock pot.
4. Add spices
5. Cool on low for 5 hours.
Serve on Spaghetti. NOT PENE, the kids are big now.
