This recipe came from my mother many years ago. It is the best salsa we have ever eaten! It can be chilled and served immediately or processed in jars for later use.
Mix all ingredients. The salsa can be chilled and enjoyed right away or, if desired, fill clean pint jars leaving 1 inch of headspace. Process at 10 pounds of pressure for 10 minutes.
