Filling winter dish
Peel the Onions and the garlic and chop finely - clean the Leek and cut into rings.
Melt the butter and lightly fry the onion,garlic and leek untill golden and soft.
Add the sliced sausage and chilli powder,salt and pepper,and the Italian herbs, warm through and through.
Disolve the Peanut butter in 2-3 tablespoons warm water.
Add this together with the Vinager,Bastard sugar,Ketjap manis and the Sambal manis to the mix and continue warming through.
Drain the Brown beans,and add these together with the silver onions and sliced gurkins.
heat the whole mix through and through.
