Crack coriander seeds, fennel seeds and black peppercorns in a spice grinder. Coat Salmon Fillets with the spice mixture and pan fry with olive oil for 6 minutes making sure all sides are golden and crispy. Serve with any of your favorite sauce and vegetables.
A nice salmon dinner I will make again. Especially as my dr. just put me on a no salt diet. I was having perogies with it and found that the honey mustard I used with the perogies was great with the salmon.
