Suggest a better descriptionDrain chiles. In a blender, puree chiles, oregano, marjoram, garlic, pineapple juice and one quarter of onion until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine pork and chile mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. HEAT a grill. Shape pork mixture into 8 patties. Oil grill, grill burgers until cooked through. Transfer to a plate, keep warm. Let rest 8 min. Oil grill, then grill pineapple rounds until slightly charred. Spread mayo on cut sides of each bun, grill 2 min.
