Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean chicken and place breast side up on rack in roasting pan. Squeeze lemon juice inside chicken or rub inside of chicken with crushed garlic. Use 10 spritzes of butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray to coat outside of chicken and sprinkle evenly with herbs, salt and pepper. Cover chicken with foil and bake for 55 minutes. Bake uncovered for 15 additional minutes or until juices run clear. (Meat thermometer inserted between leg and body should reach 180 degrees F.) Serve chicken without skin to reduce calories. (One serving should be about 4 oz. of skinless, boneless light and dark meat.)
