A thin savoury biscuit to be eaten with cheese or spreads
Rub the margarine into the flour and mix in the salt and herbs. Stir in the water and mix to form a think dough.
Divide the dough in half and knead lightly. Roll out one piece and thinly cut into 3 inch squares. Prick with a fork to prevent rising.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 200C (400F) until the edges are just beginning to colour. Do not allow to brown. Cool and transfer to wire racks.
