Measure warm water in large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast. Stir til dissolved. Add sour cream, butter, sugar, salt, herbs and eggs. Beat in 3 cups flour til blended. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough. Cover and let rise in warm place til doubled, about 50 min.
Stir down. Turn into 2 well-greased 1 qt casseroles. Cover and let rise til doubled, abt 50 min. Bake in 375 F oven, about 35 min. remove from casserole and cool on wire racks. Makes 2 loaves.
