This is a recipe from the Traditions of Tao for a healthful mix to eat for breakfast or put into shakes
All the ingredients can be found on Amazon or at a local Oriental grocery store. Look for Organic and non-GMO.
Cook as you would porridge or beans. Cooking on stove pre soak everything overnight and then cook. Or put all in a rice cooker.
Keep in the refrigerator and warm daily portions as needed.
