Suggest a better descriptionBoil tomatoes one minute. Remove skins; quarter. Remove seeds, stem and juice. Finely chop. Preheat oven to 450 F. Mix tomatoes, garlic, onion, and dressing. Add basil, salt and pepper; set aside. Coat each baguette slice with olive oil on one side. Bake, olive oil side down, until golden (about 5 minutes). Arrange olive oil side up on serving dish. Top with tomato mixture and mozzarella. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 6-10 as an appetizer or 3-4 as an entree.
