Healthy Alternative to Fried
Heat the oven to 450. Spray large cookie sheet with non stick spray; set aside.
Cut the potatoes crosswise into very thin slices, about 1/16inch. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange potato slices on single layer on prepared baking pan.
Coat the potatoes with non stick spray.
Bake for 10 minutes; turn slices over. Brush with oil. Combine spices together in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over potato slices. Continue baking for 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on sheets.
Serve with sour cream.
makes about 60 chips.
I used Mrs. Dash as the seasoning and they turned out real good. You can be as creative as you like with these.
