In a nonstick sauté pan or skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs milk chives time salt and pepper with a whisk until well blended. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir them with a rubber spatula. Cook for about two minutes, stirring, until the eggs are firm but still a little glossy, or until your desired doneness.
