Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan over med. heat, saute the onions until tender, about 5 mins. Add rice; cook for 8-10 mins. Add broth, sage, thyme, and salt. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 70-80 mins. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Diabetic Exchanges:One serving(prepared with margarine and low-sodium broth and no salt) equals 1 starch, 1 fat.
