Marinade Chicken Mix all the ingredients for the Marinade in a plastic container that can be sealed and hold the marinade and chicken. Cut Chicken into 1" cubes. Mix Chicken and Marinade, coating Checken well. Place Chicken and Marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour (the longer the more tender) Cook Chicken Preheat Grill, 400 degree Oven, or broiler. Once Chicken is marinated , spread Chicken cubes on to a foil lined cookie sheet. Grill, Bake or Broil in oven until Chicken is cooked thru, about 15 or 20 minutes or until internal temp of 160. Prep Rice Put Rice and Water in steamer and set timer to steam Rice Prepare sauce while Chicken is cooking . Melt Butter on medium heat in a large skillet. Add Garlic and Jalapeño, cook for a minute. Stir in Sauce spices. Stir in Tomato Sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in Cream, simmer to thicken about 5 minutes. Add cocked Chicken to sauce and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes. To serve place steamed Basmati Rice on plate, place a generous portion of Chicken and sauce over rice, and garnish with chopped Cilantro. Serve a warm Naan bread on the side and enjoy.
