Line cookie sheet with foil, spray with PAM oil
Beat sugar, oil, molasses, and egg together until smooth
Mix spices, soda flour and raisins
Add to sugar mixture with water to make a stiff and dry dough
Add flour if needed
Press into cookie sheet, does not have to meet edges, will spread
Bake 25-30 minutes
Must be dry at edges and cooked in the middle
