these are the best waffles we've ever had in Colorado.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and salt and mix well.
Sift together remainder dry ingredients and add to eggs.
Add oil and milk and mix well.
Cook in waffle maker and enjoy :)
*for not high altitude use 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and use 1 3/4 cups of milk instead*
