Try using oilve oil instead of butter.
Mix all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan and slowly heat to melt butter / margarine. Let cool to room temp. Pour over 4 to 6 split chicken breast. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Grill chicken over low to medium fire for 45 minutes to 1 hour. [Leave out butter / margarine if making marinade for future use and store in refrigerator indefinitely]
