Smelt die margarien in'n groot kastrol en voeg die uie by. Soteer tot sag. Voeg die tamaties by en kook 'n paar minute. Pas op dat dit nie brand nie. Meng die meelblom met die water en roer by die tamatiemengsel. Voeg die sop by en meng. Voeg die hoender, kaas en macaronie by. roer liggies en laat 12 minute prut.
