Add sesame oil to stop noodles sticking
Heat duck pieces in pan
Use kitchen paper to soak up excess fat
Add spring onions and chili
Add cashew and sesame nuts
Toss and add teaspoon honey
Turn off heat
Break up lettuce into cups
Put cooked noodles into lettuce cups
Add duck mixture into each cup
Sprinkle hoisin mix over each cup
For Hoisin Sauce:
Pour jar hoisin into little bowl
Roll the 2 x limes, cut into quarters and add juice
Add 1 x Clive crushed garlic
