Let cream cheese stand at room temp to soften
Cream te cheese and gradually stir in crushed pineapple
When smoothe, add 1 C. pecans, green pepper, onion, and seasoned salt
Chill mixture well.
Form into ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
Chill until served.
Garnish with twists of pineapple slices, marachino cherries and parsley
Serve with assorted crackers
