Sweet Cranberry sauce
Combine the water, sugar, orange and apple in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the cranberries and return to the boil. Add the brandy if desired. Listen for the cranberries to pop.
Reduce the heat and add the raspberries. Cook for 10 mins.
Allow to cool to room temperature then place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Can be stored for up to 60 days.
