Spray a 9by13 pan and set oven at 350.Beat together eggs, cottage cheese, flour and melted butter. Stir in Jack cheese and chilis. Pour into the prepared pan which has been set in a larger pan. Place the pans in the preheated oven and pour hot water into the larger pan.
( this keeps the eggs from overcooking and getting tough). Bake 30 minutes or until the center is set and feels firm. Serve with a side dish of salsa.
