This was always a favorite snack to make after the Halloween pumpkins were carved.
Melt the butter and add Lawry's salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with the seeds and spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Check periodically and stir if necessary.
Put in paper towel-lined bowl to cool.
