Makes about 200 ravioli.
Make two pounds of homemade pasta dough, allow time to rise and rest.
Make filling:
Soak Bread and squeeze out all water
Thaw Spinach and squeeze out all water
Cook all ground meat and sausage with crushed garlic for 30 minutes
Combine all remaining ingredients with meat, spinach and bread
Roll out pasta dough and fill each ravioli. Seal.
Let dry in a cool place until no longer tacky.
Transfer to containers (separate with wax paper and corn starch)
Freeze
COOKING:
One serving is about 6 ravioli.
Drop Frozen Ravioli in Boiling Water and boil approxmitely 10 minutes.
SERVE:
Serve with tomato sauce or sage butter sauce
