Our interpretation of the Pasta House Salad
Clean and wash lettuce
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces
Crush artichoke hearts into lettuce
Add well drained pimiento
Add onion.
I use an unscented clean trash bag to combine the above ingredients.
Toss content well to blend contents.
In a gravy shaker with a lid, combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. (Garlic salt can be used if desire d)
Shake well before using
When ready to serve, add oil mixture to the bag, add cheese and shake until all ingredients are well covered.
Empty bag into large salad bowl and serve
