1. Toast pecans lightly in a toaster oven (until fragrant). Let cool.
2. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, celery, onion, pecans, cranberries and eggs.
3. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Fold dressing into turkey mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
