Suggest a better description1. Place 1lb small pork ribs chunks In 3 1/2 quart pot 2. Boil in water for 10 min, then drain water. 3. Add more water into the pot, twice as much as the ribs. 4. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, & sugar. 5. Cover and boil with high heat foe 30 min then turn to medium heat. 6. Slow coo, till sauce becomes thick.
